Score Brisbane is based in the CBD of Brisbane and focuses primarily on coal seam gas and oil and gas activities on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, New Zealand and PNG. Procurement service

Score is independent of all manufacturers and parent organisations and this independence ensures that there is no conflict of interest with any part of the supply chain. Score have a proven track record in management of all procurement activities for both small scale and large scale projects. We can provide a range of services to meet your project requirements and from a basic procurement service through to an all encompassing project management service covering all stages of the process from design review through to final inspection and shipping.

Engineering and Design Consultancy

Our in house design engineering and metallurgists provide a unique service second to none. Operational feedback coupled with the use of best industry practice ensures that we provide the best service solution to any valve or actuated related problems from FEED through to operations. Computational Flow Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) are part of the suite of engineering software routinely used by our engineering team.

Stock

We have extensive stock placed in strategic global locations and offer a full range of Ball, Butterfly, Diaphragm, Double Block & Bleed, Gate, Globe, Needle and Plug valves. Our stock comes in range of materials from carbon steel through to exotics such as Titanium in sizes ranging from ½” to 120”. We offer a short lead modification service where we can change trim materials to any specification with subsequent testing and recertification.

Actuation and control system services

We provide a specialist valve automation service, where our valve automation team can actuate any brand of valve with any brand of actuator. Control systems can also be designed and built to a specification in line with whichever specification you require.

Inspection and expediting services

We have a team of global inspectors who carry our inspection and expediting activities. All of our team are full time Score employees with substantial experience in the valve industry.

Condition monitoring equipment

Score have developed valve specific condition monitoring equipment through the utilisation of feedback from 30 years of operational experience combined with leading edge technology developed and integrated by our engineering group. The equipment is the best available on the market and will assist end users in satisfying the maintenance requirements of safety critical elements.

VMAP™ is a system that continuously monitors, alerts and reports on valve and actuator performance and condition. This is achieved via data collected from dedicated sensors and from data stored within an installation’s process control system which is then processed by the V-MAP software.

VSCAN™ is used as a diagnostic tool to establish the health of control valves by using industry specific tests written by Score’s diagnostic engineers, providing an optimum method to collect data on critical trip and control valves.

Welbuk is a self powered intelligent wellhead control valve that has significant environmental and safety advantages over traditional wellhead assemblies.

Midas Meter® is the next generation of hand held acoustic leak detection equipment for use on valves and associated equipment.
