Score Valves (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited, currently based in Bejucal Road, Cunupia, Trinidad, provides Total Valve Management and Turbine Services. At present Score Valves (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited has a 25,000 sq ft office and workshop facility from where we are able to provide a full valve service from valve sales, repairs, gas, hydrostatic, hydraulic and pneumatic testing, acoustic valve leakage detection testing, project management, engineering, training and technical support.

Our workshop facility is equipped with the following: 

• 2 off hydrostatic test cells (MWP-6000PSI) One large test cell capable of testing valves up to 36”600# with a pneumatic test pump unit. One small test cell complete with a manual test unit and Pneumatic test pump unit
• 1 off PSV test cell (MWP-6000PSI) capable of testing PSV’s up to 8” inlet with liquid and gas test pump units
• 1 off nitrogen gas test cell (MWP-6000PSI) with hydraulic bed to submerge valves of up to 12” 600” in water
• 1 off mobile high pressure test unit (MWP-20’000PSI)
• All test cells equipped with cameras, monitor units and keyboard for close inspection to detect possible leakage during testing from outside of test cells
• All test cells completely piped up with water supply and return from/to pre-charged pressure tank for quick and easy filling of valves and water drain returns to tank to preserve water and protect environment. Test water mixed with oil to preserve material properties of valves tested
• 10 ton overhead crane used for mobilisation, dis-assembly and re-assembly of all valves, actuators
• 2 ton forklift
• Crystal Digital Pressure Gauges (MWP-700BAR)
• 1 off vacuum pump
• AE acoustic leak monitors
• Orion gas leak detector
• Full range of ANSI test flanges for sale or hire
• Full range of API test flanges up to sale or hire
• 2 off fully equipped & certified PSV test/repair containers for on-site work
• Small machine shop consisting of 2 lathes, 2 milling machines, 1 electric band-saw & 1 pedestal grinder
• General waste, plastic bottles, glass bottles and metal waste bins are situated throughout workshop for waste segregation
• Full range of heavy duty hydraulic/pneumatic torque equipment
• Shot blasting and paint booth
