Traineeships (or Modern Apprenticeships as they are often referred to) provide young adults with the opportunity to continue to gain an education which leads to a real job and be paid while learning!

Traineeships are provided in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical and Aeronautical Engineering, Welding, NDT, Customer Services, Multimedia and Administration and cover core skills such as communication, numeracy, problem solving, IT and working with others. Trainees will achieve SVQ Administration or Customer Services, levels 2 and 3, and will also complete their ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence).
