This position will be based at our premises in Peterhead.

Stores and Logistics Manager

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring all stock levels remain at pre-determined levels as detailed by Score Energy Management
• Ordering all stock engine parts
• Ordering all parts required for engine builds
• Disposal of customers rejected parts including correct Customs procedures
• Controlling all Quarantine stock parts
• Controlling boiler suit orders
• Controlling all PPE orders
• Controlling FLT’s
• Ensuring contracts for routine maintenance are set
• Ensuring all faults are reported
• Controlling consumable orders
• Completing weekly inspections of carousels and space saving racking
• Completing monthly racking inspections
• Completing monthly ladder inspections
• Controlling the Stores stock audit programme
• Controlling all issues/orders of lifting equipment
• Ensuring all quarantine lifting equipment is disposed off IAW Score policy
• Running Score Energy Goods In/Goods Out department
• Engine shipments/transport
• Supervision of Stores personnel
