Product and market intelligence was gathered from every element of and person within the business throughout the world. Once the raw data was gathered it was formatted into high quality training materials and shared throughout the organisation.
In the year 2000, Score Group exhibited at a valve trade show. The company had a new product which it was marketing at this show and presentations had been made up to describe its unique features and benefits of the product. A poster was also created (see below). On seeing the marketing materials, the Chairman of Score Group immediately recognised this, as not just as a sales tool, but more so a training tool. In light of this, he invested further in the technology used, to create unique and bespoke training software to train all his teams worldwide and VITAL™ was born.
All Group-wide locations are now VITAL™ –ised and are training on a daily basis using this exclusive tool.
